杭钢2号高炉容积为255m~3,炉缸直径4.2m,风口10个,炉喉直径3.5m,用马基式布料器,风机能力750m~3/min。该高炉自1989年下半年起将风速由95m/s提高到110m/s,同时将矿石批重由原来的5.O~6.Ot/批增大到7.5~8.0t/批,在原燃料条件劣化的情况下,保持了较好的顺行水平,获得了增产15~19%,ηco提高近3%的良好经济效果。1.风速与矿批的调整该高炉风速与矿批的调整大致可划分为三个阶段。第一阶段风口面积为0.0866m~2(风口直径φ105mm),矿批5.0~5.5t。
