针对轻钢结构低层住宅体系缺少自主知识产权,不利于该结构体系在我国推广,开发研究出一种新型复合节能轻质墙板。并以轴压荷载作用下的复合节能轻质墙板试验结果为基础,探讨墙板的受力特点及简化计算模型。通过对两种不同施工方法下的墙板破坏模式进行分析,提出与之相对应的墙板轴压承载力计算公式。研究结果表明墙板中薄面板与薄壁型钢能够有效组成组合结构共同承受荷载,而自攻螺钉间距对墙板竖向轴心承载力影响很小。本文提出的计算公式与试验结果比较吻合良好。
For light steel structure of low-rise residential system lacks independent intellectual property rights, is not conducive to the promotion of the structural system in our country, developed a new type of composite energy-saving lightweight wall panels. Based on the test results of composite energy-saving and light-weight wallboard under axial load, the stress characteristics and simplified calculation model of the wallboard are discussed. Through the analysis of the failure modes of the wallboard under two different construction methods, the calculation formula of the axial bearing capacity of the wallboard is put forward. The results show that thin panel and thin-wall steel can effectively form the composite structure to bear the load effectively, and the distance between self-tapping screws has little effect on the vertical axial bearing capacity of the wallboard. The calculation formula proposed in this paper is in good agreement with the experimental results.
