本文通过大量实验分析了金刚石锯片锯切石材时,锯切工艺参数对锯切力的影响。为进一步进行锯切加工理论系统研究,以及确定合理锯切工艺参数的选用原则提供参考。同时为锯切机的设计及金刚石的合理使用提供参数依据。
This article through a lot of experiments to analyze the diamond saw blade sawing stone, the sawing process parameters on the sawing force. For the further research on the theoretical system of sawing process, and to determine the selection principle of reasonable sawing process parameters to provide reference. At the same time provide parameters for the design of the sawing machine and the rational use of diamonds.
