1 概述 乌江渡水电站装机容量为3×210MW,水情自动测报系统由南京水利水文自动化研究所研制建设,并于1993年12月移交乌江渡发电厂进行运行管理,系统规模为1:4:17。在该系统中,6个水位站使用南京水利水文自动化研究所的WFY型浮筒式水位计。在6个水位站中,尾水位站测井建在坝体导墙上,引水口正处于发电机出水口,又无任何消浪设施,波峰谷差达40cm,致使浮简式水位计的传动钢带经常卡带,编码器卡轮,维修更换频繁。为了校核泄洪流量,于1996年在距大坝1km处新建一测井,由于设计、施工原因,消能处理不太理想。
1 Overview The Wujiangdu Hydropower Station has an installed capacity of 3 × 210MW. The automatic hydroforming system was developed and built by Nanjing Institute of Hydraulic and Hydraulics Automation and transferred to Wujiangdu Power Plant for operation and management in December 1993 with a system scale of 1: 4: 17 . In this system, 6 water level stations use the WFY type float level gauge of Nanjing Institute of Water Resources and Hydraulics. In 6 water level stations, the tailrace logging station is built on the guide wall of the dam. The water inlet is at the outlet of the generator without any wave-eliminating facilities. The difference between wave crests and valleys is up to 40 cm, resulting in the transmission of the floating simple water level gauge Often cassette tape, encoder card wheel, frequent maintenance and replacement. In order to check flood discharge flow, a new well was built at a distance of 1 km from the dam in 1996. Due to the design and construction reasons, the energy dissipation treatment is not very satisfactory.
