从今年起,陕西省每年从优秀工人农民中招录15%左右公务员,初步建立起了从工农一线培养选拔党政干部工作机制。今年通过广泛宣传动员;坚持公平公正,严密组织笔试面试;注重实绩表现,进行量化考察等程序,全省计划从优秀工人农民中考试录用公务员487名。符合报名资格条件3773人,参加笔试3467人,实际录用457人,其中,面向工人职位的156名、面向农民职位的108名、面向基层一线其他人员职位的193名。
Starting from this year, Shaanxi Province recruits about 15% of civil servants from outstanding worker peasants each year, initially setting up a working mechanism to train and select party and government cadres from the workers and peasants front line. This year, we mobilized through extensive publicity; insisted on impartiality and fairness, rigorous written interview writing; and paid attention to performance and conducted quantitative inspection procedures. The province plans to hire 487 civil servants from outstanding worker peasants. 3773 qualified applicants, 3,467 written examinations and 457 actual candidates were recruited, of whom 156 were for workers’ positions, 108 for peasants and 193 for other posts at the grassroots level.
