This article describes the basic structure of the parameter tester, functions and features. It is a fully automated test system based on the Z-80 microprocessor. Automatic display, automatic statistics and automatic printing. By increasing the interface and changing the program, a microcomputer can be used to control multiple test lines to form a small-scale test system.
