目前,全国摊铺机保有量约有1.7万台,而2000年以前生产的摊铺机大都累计工作1.2万h以上,已经达到或接近报废条件。按年限推算,报废摊铺机的数量将越来越多。报废摊铺机上的很多零部件可以直接继续使用,有的零部件则经修复后还可再次利用。探索、研究和应用再制造技术,恢复和提高摊铺机的作业性能,可为路面施工企业的设备更新提供全新的低成本解决方案。
At present, the number of pavers in the country is about 17,000, while most of the pavers produced before 2000 have accumulated more than 12,000 h and have reached or are nearly scrapped. Calculated on a yearly basis, the number of scrap pavers will be more and more. Many parts on a scrap paver can continue to be used directly, and some parts can be reused after being repaired. To explore, research and apply remanufacturing technologies to restore and improve the performance of pavers can provide new low-cost solutions for the equipment renovation of pavement construction enterprises.
