目的与方法:在实验室对主要成分为黄连、黄柏等中药提取物与稀土络合物制成的皮肤消毒剂(pH值为2.22)进行了杀灭微生物效果观察,并进行了皮肤消毒效果现场试验。结果:以该剂1:100稀释液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min的杀灭率为99.98%;1:50稀释液对大肠杆菌作用3 min的杀灭率为99.97%;1:25稀释液对白色念珠菌作用3 min的杀灭率为99.98%;有机物对该剂杀菌效果有一定影响,原液于54℃条件下放置14 d,杀菌效果无变化。该消毒剂原液作用1 min,对皮肤表面自然菌杀灭率为99.76%。结论:该消毒剂具有一定杀菌作用,性能稳定。
OBJECTIVE AND TEST: In the laboratory, the disinfectants (pH value 2.22) made from Chinese traditional medicine extracts such as Coptis chinensis, Cortex Phellodendri and other skin extracts with pH value of 2.22 were disinfected to observe the effect of microbes.
