对于食客来说,饭馆就是吃饭的地方,好吃就行,但对于那些饭馆的老板来讲,好不好吃暂且不论,能赚钱才是王道。眼看着榨菜、瓜子、扑克牌等企业纷纷身家倍增,饭馆老板们似乎也有些坐不住了。尤其是看着前辈湘鄂情在资本市场上呼风唤雨的架势,中国一些餐饮企业在经过包装之后,开始了上市的征程。日前,中国证监会主席郭树清首度公开表态支持餐饮行业上市融资,专家认为停滞了2年多的餐饮企业上市审核也许会再度开闸。
