国内1974年首次生产成功A群流脑（流行性脑脊髓膜炎之简称）多糖体菌苗，给预防流脑提供了“新武器”。我市于1981年11月在人群中应用，并进行免疫接种后的血清学效果观察，现将结果报告于下：材料与方法（一）流脑多糖体菌苗：系成都生物制品研究所研制的冻于A群多糖体菌苗，批号81024，失效期1982年2月。缓冲盐水稀释液批号810902，失效期1982年10月
