反循环施工方法是工程施工钻进中一项比较先进的施工技术,在国外得到了广泛地应用。反循环施工法可分为三种:泵吸反循环、气举反循环、射流反循环。本文拟就普遍使用的泵吸反循环的施工工艺作一些探讨。一、供水方式与泥浆容器之容积1.供水方式。反循环施工中,为了保持孔壁稳定,避免塌孔,必须保持0.02MPa的静水压力。因此,务必保证有可靠的孔内供水。供水方式有两种:自流供水和水泵供水。水泵供水设备多,不易操作,而且不易保持水头的稳定;自流供水对保持水头的稳定最可靠,对孔壁的冲刷最小。因此,在条件许可的前提下,应尽量采用自流供水方式。
