鹿茸为扶正固本中药,本文对它进行了免疫学研究。取小鼠进行实验,除了对正常机体外,还采用环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型及绵羊红细胞造成抗原刺激模型进行血清IgG含量测定。结果指出,在上述三种情况,鹿茸都有提高免疫功能的作用。
Antler is a traditional Chinese medicine for strengthening the body. This article has conducted immunological studies on it. Take the mice for experiments, in addition to normal outside the body, but also using cyclophosphamide to cause immunosuppression model and sheep erythrocyte caused by antigen stimulation model serum IgG content determination. The results indicate that in the above three cases, antler has the effect of improving immune function.
