一、前言上海市徐汇区教师进修学院附属实验小学(如下简称“徐教院附小”)在校本课程开展之初,存在着教师课程的自主开发能力较为欠缺、课程开展的质量较低、教师缺乏自主参与“校本课程”的热情、优秀的校本课程较少等问题。但经过长达近十年的探索与努力,目前全校教师群体中,每位教师至少有一门校本课程,教师校本课程开发与开展的热情及能力得到大幅度改观。本文将分别从“新手”与“熟手”的角
