随着转炉炼钢自动化程度的不断提高,目前,国外在转炉测试手段上已采用付枪技术,为转炉实现计算机控制提供了必要的参数——温度和碳。付枪测试的特点是周期短、准确度高、操作方便、功能多样。我们在鞍钢第三炼钢厂1号150吨转炉上安装了付枪。测试表明:准确度高,能连续使用,方便生产。现将有关传动系统设计时一些必要的参数确定方法谈谈我的看法,供从事该项设计的同志参考。
With the continuous improvement of the degree of automation of converter steelmaking, at present, foreign countries have adopted the pay-gun technology in converter testing methods, providing the necessary parameters for the converter to realize computer control - temperature and carbon. Pay the gun test is characterized by short cycle, high accuracy, easy to operate, versatile. We installed the guns on a 150-ton converter on the 1st steelworks in Angang Steel. Test shows that: high accuracy, continuous use, easy to produce. Now on the transmission system design some of the parameters to determine the way to talk about my views for the comrades engaged in the design of reference.
