冯玉贵九台市人民医院 摘要 应用免疫组织化学技术（ＡＢＣ法）对４２例膀胱癌及癌旁组织中ｒａｓ癌基因产物Ｐ２１蛋 白检测结果表明：癌组织中Ｐ２１阳性率和癌分组织中阳性率分别是７３．８％，１４． ３％。Ｐ２１蛋白的阳性 率随着病理分级、肿瘤分期的上升其阳性度增强，在癌究组织中Ｐ２１阳性者其预后更差。
