1967年生,浙江奉化人。北京大学政治学学士、硕士和博士。现任中国人民大学公共管理学院公共财政与公共政策研究所教授、博士研究生导师,公共政策研究院执行院长,兼任中国政策科学研究会副会长,北京国宏公共治理与政策研究院院长,北京海淀和谐社区发展中心理事长,北京明德社会组织能力促进中心理事长,深圳大学城市治理研究院学术委员,浙江警察学院特聘教授。主要讲授公共政策分析、公共政策理论和政府经济学等课程。重要研究领域为制度分析与公共政策、奥地利经济学、公共管理与治道变革、NGO与公共服务等。
Born in 1967, Fenghua, Zhejiang. Peking University Bachelor of Political Science, Master and Ph.D. Currently, he is a professor at the Institute of Public Finance and Public Policy, School of Public Administration, Renmin University of China, a doctoral tutor, and executive director of the Institute of Public Policy. He is also the vice president of China Policy Science Research Association and the president of Beijing Guohong Public Governance and Policy Research Institute. Beijing Haidian Community Development Center, chairman of Beijing Mingde social organization capacity promotion center director, Shenzhen University Institute of Urban Governance Academic Committee, Zhejiang Police College Distinguished Professor. Mainly teaching public policy analysis, public policy theory and government economics courses. Important areas of research are institutional analysis and public policy, Austrian economics, public administration and governance reform, NGOs and public services.
