目的探讨科学地评价医院手术科室的医疗工作绩效。方法对某院2007年8个住院临床手术科室3项主要医疗指标计划完成情况、与上年同比增长百分比以及手术负荷与效率进行秩和比加权综合评价。结果实例表明,本方法可从各个侧面分层次地了解临床手术科室工作情况,评价效果满意。结论(1)对医院科室间绩效的综合评价应特别注意统计指标的可比性。(2)进行手术科室间的医疗工作绩效综合评价时,可派生手术负荷与效率的统计指标纳入评价指标体系。(3)本方法有助于客观全面评价临床手术科室工作绩效和临床科主任岗位职责履行情况,为医院科学管理提供参考依据。
Objective To evaluate scientifically the performance of medical work in the surgical departments of the hospital. Methods The completion of three major medical indicators in 8 inpatient departments of a hospital in 2007, the percentage increase from the same period of previous year, and the comprehensive evaluation of rank sum weight for the operation load and efficiency were performed. The results show that this method can be from all sides of the hierarchical understanding of the work of clinical departments, evaluation of satisfactory results. Conclusions (1) Special attention should be paid to the comparability of statistical indicators in the comprehensive evaluation of the inter-office performance. (2) For the comprehensive evaluation of medical work performance among surgical departments, the statistical indexes of surgically-operative load and efficiency can be included in the evaluation index system. (3) The method helps to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the work performance of clinical surgery departments and the fulfillment of duties and responsibilities of clinical director, and provide a reference for the scientific management of the hospital.
