本文在猪主动脉内皮细胞(rEC)条件培养液(CM)中加入三七总皂甙(tPNS)以观察tPNS在不同浓度和不同时间条件下对rEC分泌内源性一氧化氮(EDNO)的影响以及rEC形态学的改变.结果显示:rEC的CM中加入tPNSO5小时后CM中EDNO的水平明显增高,1mg/ml(最终浓度)的tPNS组的EDNO水平为4×
The effect of tPNS on endogenous nitric oxide (EDNO) secretion from rEC under different concentrations and different time was observed in porcine aortic endothelial cells (rEC) conditioned medium (CM). As well as changes in the morphology of rEC, the results showed that the level of EDNO in CM was significantly higher after 5 hours of tPNSO addition in the CM of rEC, and the EDNO level in the 1 mg/ml (final concentration) tPNS group was 4×.
