目的探讨钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的治疗效果。方法对2005年9月~2010年12月应用钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折25例进行随诊。男16例,女9例;平均年龄9岁(5~16岁)。平均随访10个月(4个月~20个月)。结果 25例应用钛制弹性髓内钉治疗的桡骨颈骨折患者均获得随诊。平均手术时间:25分钟(15~45分钟)。术后住院日:平均4天(3~7天)。骨折愈合时间:平均12周(10~16周)。钛制弹性髓内钉于术后25周(14~45周)取出。所有病例中,骨折均正常愈合,未发现明显的肢体功能受限;无神经、血管损伤。结论钛制弹性髓内钉是一种微创、安全、有效的治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的优良方法。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of titanium flexible intramedullary nail in the treatment of radial neck fracture in children. Methods From September 2005 to December 2010, 25 cases of radial neck fracture were treated with titanium elastic nail. 16 males and 9 females; mean age 9 years (5-16 years). The average follow-up of 10 months (4 months to 20 months). Results 25 cases of patients with radial neck fractures treated with titanium elastic intramedullary nailing were followed up. The average operation time: 25 minutes (15 to 45 minutes). Postoperative hospital days: an average of 4 days (3 to 7 days). Fracture healing time: an average of 12 weeks (10 to 16 weeks). Titanium elastic intramedullary nail in 25 weeks after surgery (14 to 45 weeks) removed. In all cases, the fractures were normal healing, no significant limb function was found to be limited; no neurovascular injury. Conclusion Titanium flexible intramedullary nail is a minimally invasive, safe and effective method for the treatment of children’s radial neck fracture.
