目的探讨川芎嗪对轻度烧伤大鼠痛行为的影响,了解川芎嗪对烧伤痛的作用。方法建立大鼠轻度烧伤模型,应用von Frey细丝法和热辐射法测定机械缩足反射阈值(mechanical withdrawal threshold,MWT)和热缩足反射潜伏期(thermal withdrawal latency,TWL),观察川芎嗪对烧伤大鼠MWT和TWL的影响。结果烧伤后1h,ⅢA组(生理盐水+Ⅰ度烧伤组)和ⅢB组(生理盐水+浅Ⅱ度烧伤组)MWT和TWL显著性下降,分别持续24h和96 h(P<0.01)。24 h之后,ⅡA组(TMP+Ⅰ度烧伤组)TWL和TWL和Ⅰ组相比无显著性差异,而ⅡB组(TMP+浅Ⅱ度烧伤组)24 h后明显增加,72 h后与Ⅰ组相比已没有显著性差异。结论川芎嗪可以抑制烧伤大鼠的机械缩足反射阈值和热缩足反射潜伏期,从而对烧伤痛有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of tetramethylpyrazine on pain behavior in mild burned rats and to understand the effect of ligustrazine on burn pain. Methods The rat mild burn model was established. The mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT) and thermal withdrawal latency (TWL) were measured by von Frey filament method and thermal radiation method. The effects of ligustrazine were observed. Effect of MWT and TWL in Burned Rats . Results After 1 hour of burn, MWT and TWL in group IIIA (normal saline plus degree I burn group) and group IIIB (normal saline plus superficial second degree burn group) decreased significantly, and lasted for 24 hours and 96 hours respectively (P<0.01). After 24 hours, there was no significant difference between TLA and TWL in group IIA (TMP+I degree burn group) and I group, but in group IIB (TMP plus superficial second degree burn group) increased significantly after 24 hours, and after 72 hours, it was associated with group I. There is no significant difference compared to that. [Conclusion] Tetramethylpyrazine can inhibit the mechanical reflex reflex threshold and thermal reflex latency in burned rats, which can inhibit burn pain.
