以共沉淀法制备油酸改性的Fe3O4磁粒子,然后通过细乳液聚合过程,制备了以对苯乙烯磺酸钠共聚物为表面层的磁性聚合物微球。通过红外光谱、热重分析仪、透射电子显微镜以及扫描电子显微镜等手段,进行表征与分析。结果表明,此聚合物磁性微球具有明显的核壳结构,表面带有磺酸根基团,内部均匀包裹Fe3O4磁粒子,粒径为50-300nm之间。
The co-precipitation method was used to prepare oleic acid-modified Fe3O4 magnetic particles. Then, magnetic polymer microspheres with sodium p-styrene sulfonate copolymer as the surface layer were prepared by miniemulsion polymerization. Through infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy and other means, characterization and analysis. The results show that the polymer magnetic microspheres have obvious core-shell structure with sulfonate groups on the surface and uniformly encapsulate Fe3O4 magnetic particles with a particle size of 50-300nm.
