现代教育信息技术对传统教育体系产生了根本改造,教师通过技术与学生建立联系,以培养其知识、技能与能力的协调发展和综合提高为目标。在目标认同的基础上,信息技术与学科课程的整合是当今教育教学改革的核心,为满足外语教学改革深入发展的需要,基于多媒体网络教学环境下的外语教师必须重新审读教育意义,改变传统的教学观、教育观、媒体观,深入理解包括教师的知识结构、创新能力、自主能力在内的核心内涵,重新建构教师的教育价值。
The modern educational information technology has fundamentally transformed the traditional education system. Teachers have established connections with students through technology, and aiming at cultivating the coordinated development and comprehensive improvement of their knowledge, skills and abilities. Based on the target recognition, the integration of information technology and subject curriculum is the core of today’s education and teaching reform. In order to meet the needs of the further development of foreign language teaching reform, foreign language teachers based on the multimedia network teaching environment must re-read the meaning of education and change the traditional Teaching concept, education concept and media concept, deeply understand the core connotation including teacher’s knowledge structure, innovation ability and autonomy, and reconstruct the teacher’s educational value.
