一、通胀定义:涨价和通胀的区别通胀定义为价格一般水平的持续上升。有三个概念在形成通胀定义中特别关键。第一个概念是一般水平。只有总价格水平增长率连续上升才定义为通胀,个别商品如农产品因季节性短缺在市场作用下价格猛涨,通常不理解为通胀。第二个概念是需求。当来自消费者、企业、政府三方面的总需求超出整个经济生产能力负载时,通胀才会产生。第三,通胀是一个金融(monetary)的概念,超限需求触发货币供应快速增长才构成
