本文系对以线弹性破断力学为基础的现代破断韧性试验法的综合述评。讨论了有关基本的二维裂纹应力场模拟和三维实物试样的一般性原理。详细阐述了混合型和张开型(平面应力)裂纹韧性测量的试样设计和必要的尺寸。叙述了试验仪器和试验程序。给出了通用类型试样的裂纹韧性值和计算公式。
This paper reviews the modern fracture toughness test based on linear elastic fracture mechanics. The general principles of the basic two-dimensional crack stress field simulation and three-dimensional physical specimen are discussed. Described in detail mixed and open (plane stress) crack toughness measurement sample design and the necessary dimensions. Describes the test equipment and test procedures. The crack toughness values and the formulas for the general type specimens are given.
