在当前我国经济和社会发展过程中,存在着外贸顺差大、外汇储备多、社会储蓄率高、股票和基金市场波动大、原油短缺且价格持续上涨及住房、就医、就学的价格上涨过快过高等问题。究其原因,主要是因为我们对工业化的认识和准备不足,对国际影响因素估计不足,国内社会建设严重滞后。为此,我国应通过进一步推进改革开放,促进产业升级和经济转型,积极参与国际资源、能源格局调整,大力发展社会建设事业等途径,解决面临的重要问题,促进我国经济社会的健康发展。
