本方法用璃玻纤维滤膜(GF)和聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PUF)采集焦炉逸散物中多环芳烃(PAH)。采集在GF和PUF上的PAH样品分别进行真空升华提取和以甲醇为溶剂的索氏提取。提取的样品经高压液相色谱(HPLC)分析。色谱条件:固定相:Zorbax ODS柱;流动相:(1)80%~90%甲醇水溶液,以每分钟1.0%递增,(2)90%~100%甲醇以每分钟0.6%递增。(3)100%甲醇洗脱,直至最后一个色谱峰出现为止。流速:1.0ml/min。样品轻紫外、荧光监测器同时检定,可测得焦炉逸散物中PAH19~20种。
The method uses glass fiber filter (GF) and polyurethane foam (PUF) to collect coke oven emission polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH). PAH samples collected on GF and PUF were respectively subjected to vacuum sublimation extraction and Soxhlet extraction with methanol as solvent. Extracted samples were analyzed by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). Chromatographic conditions: stationary phase: Zorbax ODS column; mobile phase: (1) 80% to 90% aqueous methanol at 1.0% increments per minute, and (2) 90% to 100% methanol in increments of 0.6% per minute. (3) 100% methanol until the last peak appears. Flow rate: 1.0 ml / min. Sample light UV, fluorescence detector at the same time test, measurable PAH19 PAH19 ~ 20 species.
