一、前言 采用速度调节器控制可控硅的开放角,以改变异步电动机定子电压,维持异步电动机在负荷变化时速度不变,来提高异步电动机效率达到节能的目的。 大多数异步电动机都不能总是工作在最高效率上,尤其空载或接近空载效率太低。从当前世界能源紧张情况上看,在这方面是值得研究的。但是一直到现在,在国内还没有见到在理论上解决的很好,在实际上可行的装置。我们也实验了这一装置,提出来供同行们参考,很不完善,还要继续实验。
I. INTRODUCTION The speed regulator is used to control the opening angle of the thyristor to change the stator voltage of the asynchronous motor and keep the speed of the asynchronous motor constant while the load changes so as to improve the efficiency of the asynchronous motor to save energy. Most asynchronous motors do not always work at maximum efficiency, especially at or near empty efficiency. From the current world energy situation, it is worth studying in this respect. But until now, at home, we have not seen any well-established and practically feasible devices in theory. We also experiment with this device, put forward for colleagues reference, very imperfect, but also to continue the experiment.
