《中国公证》杂志2013年第9期刊发了司法部副部长赵大程就《中华人民共和国公证法》颁布八周年接受《法制日报》记者采访的文章。赵副部长对《公证法》颁布八年来全国的公证工作给予了充分肯定,强调了要认真贯彻落实依法治国的基本方略,不断改革完善公证制度。这为公证事业发展指明了方向,也为广大公证员做好新形势下的公证工作提出了新的更高要求。作为基层公证工作人员,我们既深受鼓舞、又感到责任重大。当前,我国正处于经济转轨、社会转型的关键时期,各种经济、社会矛盾纠纷交织在一起,我们将结合新要求、适应新形势,贯彻落实赵副部长讲话精神,坚持服务、改革、建设并举,为实现中国特色社会主义公证事业更大发展、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦做出更大贡献。
China Notary Journal No. 9, 2013 published an article interviewed by Zhao Da-cheng, Vice Minister of Justice, on the occasion of the eighth anniversary of the promulgation of the Notary Law of the People’s Republic of China by Legal Daily. Vice Minister Zhao fully affirmed the notarization work of the notarized law promulgated in the country in the past eight years, stressing the need to conscientiously implement the basic strategy of governing the country according to law and constantly reform and improve the notarization system. This pointed out the direction for the development of the notary public and provided new and higher requirements for the vast numbers of notaries to do the notarization in the new situation. As a notarized staff member at the grassroots level, we are both greatly encouraged and feel responsible. At present, our country is in a crucial period of economic transition and social transformation. Various economic and social conflicts and disputes are intertwined. With the new requirements, we will adapt ourselves to the new situation and implement the spirit of Vice Minister Zhao’s speech. We will continue to serve, reform and build both , Making even greater contributions to realizing the greater development of the notarized socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream of the Chinese nation.
