构建积极向上且富有特色的企业文化,不仅有助于企业员工工作积极性的激发,有助于企业经济效益的提高,而且对企业的可持续发展也发挥着积极的促进作用。企业文化对企业的发展有着长远的影响,而工会组织则在企业文化的建设中是不可或缺的。本文针对我国企业的发展及管理现状,对构建企业文化中工会组织作用的发挥进行了深入的分析,旨在推动企业的长远发展。
Building a positive and distinctive corporate culture, not only contribute to the enthusiasm of employees motivation, contribute to the improvement of economic efficiency, but also for the sustainable development of enterprises also play a positive role in promoting. Corporate culture has a long-term impact on the development of enterprises, while union organizations are indispensable in the construction of corporate culture.
