目的探讨超声弹性成像技术对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法对52例疑似乳腺肿瘤患者行超声弹性成像检查,并与手术或活检病理诊断结果进行一致性比较。结果超声弹性成像检查结果为良性肿瘤18例,恶性肿瘤34例。与手术或活检病理诊断结果一致性较好(Kappa≥0.70)。超声弹性成像技术诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的准确度、特异度和敏感度分别为90.4%、88.2%和91.4%。结论超声弹性成像技术操作简单、无辐射,对乳腺肿瘤诊断的准确度、特异度和敏感度均较高,对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断具有独特的优势和广阔的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonic elastography in benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods 52 cases of suspected breast cancer patients underwent ultrasound elastography and pathological diagnosis of surgery or biopsy consistency were compared. Results Ultrasound elastography examination results in 18 cases of benign tumors, 34 cases of malignant tumors. Consistent with the surgical or biopsy pathological diagnosis is better (Kappa ≥ 0.70). The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 90.4%, 88.2% and 91.4%, respectively. Conclusion Ultrasound elastography is simple, non-radiating and has high accuracy, specificity and sensitivity for the diagnosis of breast tumors. It has unique advantages and broad application prospects for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.
