以10份云南主栽水稻品种为材料,用不同浓度的镉(Cd)进行处理,测量茎秆和糙米中Cd含量,及不同品种粒长、粒宽、长宽比、粒厚和千粒重,以研究云南主栽水稻品种糙米及茎秆Cd积累及其与粒型、千粒重的关系。结果表明:随着Cd胁迫浓度的增大,不同水稻品种茎秆和糙米Cd含量呈逐渐升高趋势,且同一品种茎秆Cd含量高于糙米Cd含量,不同水稻品种对Cd的吸收差异显著。相关性分析表明,茎秆中Cd含量与千粒重在不同浓度处理上达到显著或极显著正相关,而与粒型无显著相关;糙米中Cd含量与粒型及千粒重均未表现出明显的相关性。
Ten main cultivated rice varieties in Yunnan were used as materials and treated with different concentrations of cadmium (Cd) to measure Cd content in stalks and brown rice, as well as grain length, grain width, aspect ratio, grain thickness and grain weight in different varieties To study the accumulation of Cd in brown rice and stalk of Yunnan main rice varieties and its relationship with grain type and 1000-grain weight. The results showed that with the increase of Cd stress, the content of Cd in stalks and brown rice of different rice varieties tended to increase gradually, and the content of Cd in stalks of the same variety was higher than that in brown rice. The difference of Cd uptake among different rice varieties was significant. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant or very significant positive correlation between the content of Cd in culm and 1000-grain weight at different concentrations, but no significant correlation with grain type. There was no significant correlation between the content of Cd in brown rice and grain type and 1000-grain weight .
