海洋浮标“南浮一号”于1984年8月底,在珠江口外陆架海区水深约80米处投放,以求收集台风下的水文气象资料,为海洋石油开发服务。 在如此水深的海域投放大型浮标,不能抛锚作业,难度较大,在国内是首次。投放前经试验找到较好的拖曳点,并慎重制定了稳妥可靠的方案。浮标开始拖航时,8410号强台风已在菲律宾造成严重灾害,即将进入南海。浮标以7节拖航出珠江口经万山群岛附近海域时,涌浪高达2米多,以至尼龙拖缆断裂,立即紧急处理,并抢在台风到来之前,到达预定位置成功投放。
At the end of August 1984, the “South Float 1” was launched at a depth of about 80 meters on the shelf area of the Pearl River Estuary in order to collect hydrological and meteorological data under the typhoon so as to serve the offshore oil development. In such a deep waters put large buoys, can not anchor operation, more difficult, for the first time in China. Put before the test to find a better drag point, and carefully developed a safe and reliable program. When the buoy began to tow, the typhoon 8410 had caused serious disaster in the Philippines and was about to enter the South China Sea. When the buoy is towed out of the Pearl River estuary at a speed of 7 knots by the sea near the Wanshan Islands, the surge surges up to 2 meters and the nylon streamers break. Immediately urgently handle the buoy before it arrives at the scheduled location.
