工程造价所覆盖的面积非常广泛,该项目的工作人员需要有很强的管理能力和协调能力。市政工程价格管理中的重中之重就是对项目设计阶段的价格控制。在设计时,每一个部门都要相互配合,履行各自的职责,将前期预期的造价控制在一定的范围之内,可以更好的控制后期的资金投入。本文从市政工程的特点以及其概念、造价控制中可能出现的问题、控制造价的措施等方面对设计阶段工程造价控制进行论述。
