本文叙述矿堆和浸出反应槽生物氧化金属硫化矿石和精矿的微生物学基础 ,并根据该类微生物的催化反应及培养要求 ,鉴别和叙述了主要的微生物体。还从溶液化学、温度和矿物沉淀角度出发 ,叙述了浸出矿石的细菌浸出环境之间的关系。还研究了刺激和抑制生物生长及矿石生物浸出活性的特定因素和药剂。这些因素中有些是对生物体特定的 ,而有些对在酸性条件下生长的微生物体的作用是共有。简单介绍了生物浸出的限制条件 ,如浸出液中溶解的离子、pH及温度等。
This paper describes the microbiological foundation of biooxidized metal ores and concentrates in ore mines and leaching reactors, and identifies and describes the major microorganisms based on the catalytic reactions and cultivation requirements of such microorganisms. Also from the solution chemistry, temperature and mineral deposition point of view, describes the relationship between the leaching of bacteria bacterial leaching environment. Specific factors and agents that stimulate and inhibit biological growth and ores bioleaching activity have also been studied. Some of these factors are organism-specific, while others are common to microorganisms that grow under acidic conditions. Briefly introduced biological leaching restrictions, such as leachate dissolved ions, pH and temperature.
