2016年1月14日至1月20日,华池县教育局精心组织全县39名中小学校长及领导干部参加“中国好老师”行动计划校长素质提升专项培训活动。本次活动旨在支持和提升革命老区的教育质量,促进革命老区基础教育均衡、优质发展;旨在培养具有过硬的政治素养和道德信念、具有人文情怀和服务意识、具有引领课程教学改革和学校特色建设的创新队伍、具有切实有效的执行管理能力、具有长远视野并引领学校及地区教育发展
