近年来,随着教育改革的全面启动,学校教育注重学生的需求和自我的满足不断兴起,以人为本的思想价值观逐渐得到认可。小学教育的目的就是为了促进学生的均衡发展,在小学的教学活动中,班主任在小学生的教学以及日常的管理中扮演着极其重要的角色,在提倡教育改革的背景下,班主任应该注重学生自我个性的发展,转变人才培养的计划,也改变自己的思想局限,为学生的健康成长服务。本文从当前小学班主任管理工作中的问题出发,积极寻求以人为本理念在小学班主任管理工作中的应用策略,为小学教育以及教育改革的发展提供建议。
