大学生个人创新能力的培养与创新团队的建设是我国高等教育内容中的一个重要组成部分。本文借鉴研究生导师制的培养方式,提出在本科生中建立创新团队,改进培养机制的意义及必要性,结合武汉科技大学车辆工程专业新能源产业班本科生创新团队培养实例,对地方高校本科生创新团队的师资组成,构建路径,团队培养等几个方面进行了详细阐述,并结合近几年的教学实践效果探讨了培养机制的有效性。
The Cultivation of College Students’ Individual Innovation Ability and the Construction of Innovation Teams are an important part of the content of higher education in our country. This article draws lessons from the training mode of postgraduate tutor system, puts forward the significance and the necessity of establishing innovative team among undergraduates and improving the training mechanism. Combining with the innovation team of undergraduates in new energy industry of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, The composition of the innovative team, construction path, team training and other aspects were described in detail, combined with the effectiveness of teaching practice in recent years to explore the effectiveness of training mechanisms.
