目的探讨脑脊液乳酸水平在颅脑损伤亚低温治疗效果评价中作用。方法颅脑损伤患者(GCS≤8分)84例,分为实验组(亚低温组)和对照组。每组42例,监测患者入院后24、36、48 h脑脊液乳酸水平。结果亚低温组24 h脑脊液乳酸水平较对照组下降明显(P<0.01),两组36 h4、8 h脑脊液乳酸水平变化不大(P>0.05)。结论脑脊液乳酸水平在评价颅脑损伤亚低温治疗效果中有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the role of cerebrospinal fluid lactate in the evaluation of therapeutic effect of mild hypothermia in craniocerebral injury. Methods 84 patients with craniocerebral injury (GCS≤8) were divided into experimental group (mild hypothermia group) and control group. Twenty-two patients in each group were monitored for cerebrospinal fluid lactate levels 24, 36 and 48 h after admission. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of lactic acid in cerebrospinal fluid of the mild hypothermia group decreased significantly at 24 h (P <0.01). The levels of lactate in cerebrospinal fluid of the two groups at 36 h, 4 h and 8 h changed little (P> 0.05). Conclusion Cerebrospinal fluid lactate levels have a positive effect in evaluating the therapeutic effect of mild hypothermia on craniocerebral injury.
