采用归纳总结的方法,说明食品安全法分段监管原则的形成过程和发展轨迹,通过对发展轨迹的研究分析说明我国食品安全法基本原则中分段监管原则形成的法律机制及存在的问题,因此得出我国食品安全监管应:建立统一机构赋予其食品安全执法权,充分发挥行业协会的自律性监管功能,建立我国食品安全信息系统,引导全社会积极参与形成全社会共同监督。
The method of induction and summary is used to illustrate the forming process and development track of the sub-regulation of food safety law. By studying and analyzing the development trajectory, the legal mechanism and problems existing in the sub-regulation of the basic principles of food safety law in our country are formed. It concludes that the food safety regulation in our country should establish a unified agency to give it the right to enforce food safety, give full play to the autonomous regulatory functions of trade associations, establish China’s food safety information system and guide the whole society to actively participate in the formation of joint supervision of the whole society.
