健康安全环保管理体系自从1997年被中国石油天然气集团公司首次使用开始,经过长达二十余年的发展进步,如今,健康安全环保管理体系已经被广泛运用于我国绝大多数石油单位的具体实施工程以及施工作业项目中~([1])。除此之外,随着健康安全环保管理体系的不断完善进步,职业健康安全管理体系的认证工作也随之在各行各业中广泛盛行起来。本文以健康安全环保管理体系和职业健康安全管理体系在我国石油天然气集团公司的成功应用为出发点,结合各个行业具体操作的实际情况,对上述两种体系审核中健康因素审核要点进行分析,旨在为今后该体系在我国多种行业间的推广实施提供一定理论基础。
Since its first use by China National Petroleum Corporation in 1997, the health, safety and environmental management system has undergone more than 20 years of development and progress. Nowadays, the health, safety and environmental management system has been widely used in the implementation of most oil units in China. Engineering and construction projects in ~ ([1]). In addition, as the health, safety and environmental management system continues to improve and progress, the certification of the occupational health and safety management system has also become widely prevalent in all walks of life. Based on the successful application of health and safety management system and occupational health and safety management system in China’s oil and gas corporation, combining with the actual situation of the specific operation in each industry, this article analyzes the audit points of the health factors in the audit of the two systems, This will provide a theoretical basis for the system to be popularized and implemented among various industries in our country in the future.
