目的探讨不同海拔地区气候变化与牙体折裂的关系。方法对西宁、海南州、南京3个不同海拔地区679例折裂牙进行临床统计分析。结果 3个不同地区居民折裂牙牙位分布差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),3个不同地区居民折裂牙的牙髓治疗状况差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。西宁和海南州地区与南京地区相比较,牙体折裂例数与地区及月份之间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。在高海拔地区,牙体折裂与气压的变化呈正相关关系,在气温较高月份发生率较低,其余月份与气温的变化呈正相关关系。结论高寒缺氧、气候外环境的变化,口腔内环境的变化,是导致牙体折裂的相关危险因素。调及自身口腔内环境的维护,是牙齿保健、预防折裂的重中之重。
Objective To explore the relationship between climate change and tooth fracture in different altitude regions. Methods The clinical data of 679 cases of fractured teeth in three different elevations in Xining, Hainan and Nanjing were analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in the distribution of teeth between 3 residents in different regions (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in the endodontic treatment of the fractured teeth in 3 different regions (P <0.05). Compared with the Nanjing area, there was a significant difference between the number of dental fractures and the regions and months in Xining and Hainan regions (P <0.05). At high altitude, there was a positive correlation between the fracture of the tooth and the change of air pressure. The incidence of the tooth fracture was lower in the month with higher temperature and the positive correlation with the temperature in other months. Conclusion Alpine hypoxia, changes in the external environment of the climate and changes in the oral environment are the related risk factors for tooth fracture. Tiao and the maintenance of their own oral environment, dental care, prevention and cracking the top priority.
