供应商绩效管理是为了建立起科学合理的供应商资质认证,划分供应商等级,以此来保障供应商提供的采购物资符合科研生产的需要。在进行物资采购时,为保障采购物资的质量,需至少以年度为时间区间对已有供应商进行定期评估,评估内容涵盖年检情况、质量、服务等各要素。实际操作中,很多科研单位物资供应部门主要采用主观与客观判断相结合的方法,其中主观法先验因素过多,大多采取简单的打分方式,取打分后的平均值进行评定,
Supplier performance management is to establish a scientific and reasonable supplier qualification certification, supplier classification level, in order to protect the procurement of materials provided by suppliers meet the needs of scientific research and production.
