病历摘要患者,男性,78岁,因发现右侧鼻腔新生物4天入院。患者因持续性鼻塞于2008年08月03日至当地县医院就诊,行前鼻镜检查时发现右下甲前端有紫暗色新生物,后即转至我院治疗。入院时患者右侧鼻塞,偶有清涕,无发热,无涕中带血。鼻部检查示:外鼻正常,鼻中隔居中,双鼻粘膜充血色红新,右下甲肥大,前端见紫暗色新生物,
Patient, male, 78 years old, admitted to hospital for discovery of right nasal neoplasm 4 days. Patients with persistent nasal congestion on August 3, 2008 to the local county hospital, preoperative nasal examination found the right lower extremity purple dark new front, then transferred to our hospital for treatment.
