小麦品种间胚乳醇溶蛋白组成差别很大。每个小麦品种的醇溶蛋白电泳图谱都显示出各自独特的谱带组合,这种表现完全取决于遗传,不受环境条件的影响,可构成品种的“指纹”。近年来,国外已将醇溶蛋白电泳分析应用到遗传育种和种子生产上,如品种鉴定、种子纯度检验、亲缘关系分析、代换系易位系和体细胞无性系变异鉴定、品质预测等方面。国外普遍采用的小麦醇溶蛋白电泳分析方法是以乳酸盐作为缓冲体系的酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(A—PAGE)。由于试剂、设备和方法本身的限制,该法在我国推广应用有较大困难。国内不少学者曾对此进行过改进,但效果均不甚理想。本试验的目的就是研究出一种采用国产
Wheat germ has a very different composition of endosperm. The gliadin profile of each wheat variety shows its own unique band combination, which depends entirely on heredity and is not influenced by environmental conditions and constitutes the “fingerprint” of the variety. In recent years, foreign gliadin electrophoresis analysis has been applied to genetic breeding and seed production, such as species identification, purity testing, genetic relationship analysis, substitution lines and somatic clonal variation identification, quality prediction and so on . Commonly used foreign methods of wheat gliadin electrophoresis analysis using lactate as a buffer system of acidic polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (A-PAGE). Due to the limitations of reagents, equipment and methods, this method has great difficulties in popularization and application in our country. Many domestic scholars have made improvements to this, but the effect is not very satisfactory. The purpose of this experiment is to study a kind of using domestic
