在国内音乐艺术院校,“研究型”无疑是音乐学研究生的一个重要的教学方向;但是,目前不仅在原有的音乐学院里,由于受艺术型教学思维的影响,发展学术和科研的自身条件弱势日益显露;而且在纷纷上马的综合大学艺术学院里,也往往置自身的“研究型”氛围优势而不顾,盲目地追求单纯艺术化的“创作表演型”办学目标。以致在音乐艺术院校音乐学专业(应用型专业除外)的研究生教学上,有必要大力加强以下几方面培养措施:办学观念:坚持研究型的主体办学方向;课程重心:由导师把关向规范课程转化;教学重心:由导师主导向学生自律倾斜;教学形式:改灌输式为研讨式上课方法;学术氛围:强化院校和师生的科研意识;学术标准:努力避免学术原创性的缺失;学科机制:由教学单位向科研团队交棒。
