视网膜母细胞瘤(Rb)是婴幼儿最常见的一种眼内恶性肿瘤,对视力和生命有严重的威胁和危害。现将近14年来我科收治的40例视网膜母细胞瘤分析如下。 1 临床资料 我科自1983年1月～1997年6月间收住院总人数为7251人,其中视网膜母细胞瘤40例,占0.55％。40例中男性28例,女性12例;3岁以前发现者31例,3岁以后发现者9例,年龄最小者2月,最大者7岁。眼别:右眼25例,左眼15例。38例行眼球摘除手术,2例因住院期间患支肺炎未手术而
Retinoblastoma (Rb) is the most common intraocular malignant tumor in infants and young children, which poses serious threats to eyesight and life. Now nearly 14 years our department treated 40 cases of retinoblastoma analysis is as follows. 1 Clinical data Our department from January 1983 to June 1997 received a total of 7251 people admitted to hospital, of which 40 cases of retinoblastoma, accounting for 0.55%. There were 28 males and 12 females in 40 cases, 31 cases were found before 3 years old, 9 cases were found after 3 years old, the youngest was in February and the largest was 7 years old. Eyes do not: right eye in 25 cases, left eye in 15 cases. 38 cases of enucleation surgery, 2 cases of pneumonia due to hospitalization during surgery without surgery

目的 探讨鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）发生发展与血清铁蛋白（ＳＦ）含量的关系。方法 采用放射免疫法测定ＳＦ。结果８６例 ＮＰＣ患者ＳＦ含量１８６．４±５８．３μｇ／Ｌ（ｘ±ｓ），５３例慢性咽炎患者ＳＦ含量１７９．５±４７．６μｇ／Ｌ（ｘ±ｓ）。结论 ＮＰＣ的发生发展与 ＳＦ含量无相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
