目的调查某医院各科室医生手卫生现状,针对存在的问题进行分析并提供相应的对策与措施。方法向各科室发放自拟调查表,进行问卷调查。结果该院的手卫生设施配备比较完善,但缺乏相应的干手设施;医生对手卫生知识的掌握情况良好,并能够参加手卫生培训;各科室间手卫生执行情况基本相同。结论应加强手卫生设施建设的力度,开展手卫生知识的培训,从而提高医生手卫生依从性。
Objective To investigate the status quo of doctors’ hand hygiene in various departments of a hospital, analyze the existing problems and provide corresponding countermeasures and measures. Methods Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to all departments and questionnaires were conducted. Results The hand hygiene facilities of the hospital were well equipped but lack of corresponding dry-hand facilities. The master’s health knowledge of opponents was good and they could participate in the hand hygiene training. The implementation of hand hygiene was basically the same between different departments. Conclusion The construction of hand hygiene facilities should be strengthened and the training of hand hygiene knowledge should be carried out to improve the hand hygiene compliance of doctors.
