2004年春季英特尔开发者论坛(Intel Developer Forum,IDF)台北及北京场,以Converging Technologies,Growing Opportunities为主题,针对各种新兴技术的整合进行讨论。由于目前整个电子产业中最为热门的焦点在于各种无线通讯技术、Digital Home概念、行动／手持式装置,因此Intel在IDF上所发表的各种新概念或技术规格的upgrade,几乎都不脱这几个热门领域,例如Florence DigitalHome概念型行动PC、Sonoma平台、Wi-Fi、WiMAX等等。规格与新技术之外，旧F现场也有许多参展产商率先展示支持未来规格:括音讯、电源管理、传输接口等，汇集的人气将展览区挤得水泄不通。报导中，本刊也特别收集这些焦点产品的相关数据，以一飨读者。
Spring 2004 Intel Developer Forum (IDF) Taipei and Beijing Field, Converging Technologies, Growing Opportunities as the theme, for a variety of emerging technologies to discuss the integration. As the current hot spot in the electronics industry is focused on a variety of wireless technologies, Digital Home concepts, and mobile / handheld devices, almost all of Intel’s various new concepts or technical enhancements published at IDF have been released Several popular areas, such as the Florence DigitalHome concept-based mobile PC, Sonoma platform, Wi-Fi, WiMAX and more. In addition to specifications and new technologies, there are also many exhibitors at the Old F site who are demonstrating their support for future specifications including audio, power management, and transmission interfaces, bringing together the popularity of the exhibition area. In the report, we also collect relevant data of these focus products especially to readers.
