我们自1987年至1990年用三联治疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎8例,效果满意,报道如下, 临床资料:男5例,女3例,年龄31～44岁,就诊前病程2～8年,8例患者均为反复发作,发作时腹痛,腹泻为稀水血便,全部病人都经大便检查无病原体,内窥镜及X线钡剂灌肠显示结肠炎病变,伴有溃疡形成,本组病人用三联法治疗前,均用过抑氮磺胺吡啶、激素和中药等治疗,用药期间,一年内症状无复发3例,其中5例症状无明显改善,甚至根本无效,总之均不能痊愈,为
