日本NHK广播技术研究所和奥林巴斯光学工业公司已共同开发放大型固体摄象器件(AMI)。固体摄象器件是电视摄象机的“电子眼睛”。若采用新型器件,与以前的CCD相比,高灵敏工作时清晰度也高。作为新一代的摄象器件,将可应用于高灵敏度摄象机、高速摄象机、高视度等方面。新型固体摄象器件放大电子信号约100倍,因此与CCD 相比,信噪比约提高二倍。另外,根据信号读出的办法1/20秒钟以后完全消除残像,并可进行清楚高速运动。
Japan’s NHK Broadcast Technology Institute and Olympus Optical Industries have jointly developed an enlarged solid-state imaging device (AMI). The solid-state imaging device is the “electronic eye” of a television camera. With a new device, the sharpness of high-sensitivity operation is higher than the previous CCD. As a new generation of camera devices, will be applied to high-sensitivity cameras, high-speed cameras, high visibility and so on. The new solid-state imaging device amplifies the electronic signal about 100 times, so compared with the CCD, the signal to noise ratio increased by about twice. In addition, according to the signal readout 1/20 seconds after the complete elimination of afterimage, and can be clearly high-speed movement.
